Nico Rosberg is the 2016 Formula 1 World Champion! He was crowned at Yas Marina Circuit after an enthralling duel, as his Mercedes teammate and title rival Lewis Hamilton pulled out all the stops to destabilise Rosberg, who needed only to finish on the podium to be champion. But Rosberg hung in there, finishing second to his nemesis, but it was enough… he was champion. His demeanour and attitude,earned him respect on the night as he proved to be a worthy and deserved champion.
