Gallery: Pirelli 2017 tyre test programme ends in Abu Dhabi

Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari all took part in a group 2017 tyre test for the first time, as Pirelli’s development programme came to an end in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday. Daniel Ricciardo shared running for Red Bull Racing with his team-mate Max Verstappen. The Pirelli tyre tests have been taking place with modified 2015 'mule' cars, to try and simulate similar downforce levels to those expected in 2017. Lewis Hamilton completed a handful of laps for Mercedes early in the day before pulling out of the test, due to feeling unwell.
