Ninth for Nasr puts Sauber ahead of rivals Manor in the championship
Brazilian Grand Prix – Felipe Nasr finished ninth at his home race to score two points to put Sauber ahead of Manor in the Constructors’ Championship. Manor had held tenth place in the standings since Pascal Wehrlein’s tenth place finish at the Austrian Grand Prix, but Sauber have retaken the place with Nasr’s result. “I have no words to say how happy I am at the moment,” Nasr said, “When I saw the weather forecast for today, I knew it could be an opportunity.
