Raikkonen escapes penalty for FP2 incident

Brazilian Grand Prix – Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen was investigated for an on track incident between himself and Toro Rosso's Carlos Sainz during FP2. TV footage showed Raikkonen and Carlos Sainz vying for position on track after the Finn made an apparent error. Later on in the lap, Raikkonen passed Sainz around the outside of the final corner before diving into the pitlane, cutting across the bows of the Toro Rosso. In what appeared to be a dangerous move, Raikkonen's move was investigated after the session for 'alleged slow, erratic or potentially dangerous driving'. 'On the lap concerned both drivers had aborted their lap at about Turn 9 [Pinheirinho],' read the stewards'...
