Lewis Hamilton quickest from Max Verstappen in opening Brazil practice

Lewis Hamilton finished the opening practice session for the Brazilian Grand Prix quickest ahead of Red Bull's Max Verstappen, with team-mate Nico Rosberg third. The Briton posted a best time of 1m11.895s on the soft tyre to put himself just a tenth ahead of Verstappen, whilst Rosberg - who could be crowned champion on Sunday with a win - was two-tenths back. The second Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo was fourth ahead of Williams' Valtteri Bottas to complete the top five runners. The two Force India cars split the Williams, with Felipe Massa eighth. Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen made up the top ten, both more than 1.6 seconds behind Hamilton, but neither used the...
