Ferrari requests review into Vettel penalty

– Ferrari says it has submitted a request to the Mexican Grand Prix stewards over Sebastian Vettel's penalty and believes that the decision should be "reconsidered" amid "new elements" that have emerged.Vettel was handed a 10-second time penalty after the race after he was deemed to have driven dangerously while defending against Daniel Ricciardo, a sanction which demoted him to fifth.The decision behind Vettel's penalty was explained by Formula 1 Race Director Charlie Whiting during Thursday's traditional Press Conference ahead of the Brazilian Grand Prix.Ferrari, though, has issued a statement in which it had asked that Vettel's penalty be reviewed."Ferrari...
