Whiting explains controversial Mexico incidents

– Formula 1 Race Director Charlie Whiting has explained the reasoning behind stewards' decisions during the controversial incidents in the Mexican Grand Prix.Whiting attended the traditional Thursday press conference in Brazil to discuss matters from the previous race, with the subjects of the relevant incidents also in attendance.Lewis Hamilton was not sanctioned for going wide at Turn 1, retaining his lead, while Max Verstappen was later given a five second drop when he too cut the complex while defending against Sebastian Vettel.In turn, Vettel was handed a 10-second time penalty after he was deemed to have driven dangerously while defending against Daniel Ricciardo."I think...
