Kvyat eager to draw line under challenging 2016 season

Daniil Kvyat is eager for the 2016 Formula 1 season to come to an end, as he wants to draw a line under the struggles and uncertainty he has faced this season. The Russian began the season with high hopes as part of the Red Bull Racing set-up but found himself demoted to Scuderia Toro Rosso after his home Grand Prix at the beginning of May, and it took a while for Kvyat to reacclimatize himself to the Faenza-based team. Pierre Gasly had been linked to replacing Kvyat within the Toro Rosso line-up for 2017, but the Russian was kept on for another season, and he admitted that it helped relax him knowing that he would be back on the grid next season.
