Frustrated Ricciardo swears by the rulebook, claims third overall

Daniel Ricciardo sealed third place overall in this season's championship after he was promoted to third spot at the Mexican Grand Prix on Sunday after Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel was handed a penalty for driving infringements. Vettel was handed a ten-second penalty for erratically approaching Turn 4, deemed guilty of changing direction abnormally under braking to defend his position and forcing the diving Ricciardo to take evasive action.
