BP set to replace ExxonMobil at McLaren for 2017 season?

One of the world's largest oil companies is set to return to Formula 1 as a sponsor and supplier to the McLaren F1 team according to respected journalist Joe Saward. BP, which was last seen in F1 back in 1994, is set to replace McLaren's current fuel and lubricant supplier ExxonMobil as of the 2017 season. BP will become McLaren's official fuel supplier according to the report, whilst its lubricant brand Castrol could also be visible on the cars driven by Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne.
