Virtual Safety Car goes against Ricciardo in Austin

United States Grand Prix – Daniel Ricciardo feels the Virtual Safety Car cost him second place in Austin. The Australian was running second ahead of Mercedes’ Nico Rosberg for the first half of the race, but when team mate Max Verstappen retired from the race the Virtual Safety Car was deployed. This allowed rival Rosberg to pit without losing as much time to Ricciardo, putting the German driver ahead.
