Hamilton ‘100%’ fit for US Grand Prix after foot injury Defending world champion Lewis Hamilton has declared that he is '100 percent' fit for the US Grand Prix following the Brit suffered with foot injury and it’s pulled out him last week Pirelli tyre testing in Barcelona. The foot injury raised some troubles about the World Champ's fitness, however, Hamilton says he is ready to race in US Grand Prix. 'I am 100 percent, I feel great,' he said. 'I basically had an injury that I carried all year long. Fortunately the physio said it just takes a lot of stretching over time. 'The most important thing was to be fresh for here, and this is the first week where it felt good.'
