Hamilton '100 per cent fit' for Austin after injury

Lewis Hamilton believes he is '100 per cent fit' for this weekend's United States Grand Prix in Texas after being forced to sit out a Mercedes tyre test in Barcelona following a foot injury.  The triple world champion faces a tough fightback to win a fourth Formula One title — The British driver trails Rosberg by 33 points, after retiring in Malaysia and Rosberg's victory in Japan. Hamilton, at 280 points, knows this years championship is unlikely to be under his control – as even if he wins all renaming rounds, and Rosberg is second, the German driver will still be crowned champion for the first time.
