Hulkenberg expects to "compete for wins" with Renault

Recently-signed 2017 Renault driver Nico Hulkenberg says his aim with the French manufacturer's team is to bring it back to the top of the F1 grid. Hulkenberg signed a multi-year deal with the Enstone-based team last week, and spoke in public for the first time about the deal during the pre-Austin FIA press conference. “I believe it is the right step in my career at this point,” he said. “I think and feel I have come a long way with Force India, it's my fifth year and we had good success together, but time for a new challenge. “Since I was in F1 I wanted to race for a manufacturer team and this is a really good opportunity, the timing was good too. A good decision from my side.”...
