Rosberg hampered by poor weather in Pirelli F1 test

Pirelli's Barcelona test was hampered by poor weather at the Spanish circuit on Wednesday, as Nico Rosberg got his first taste of the 2017 tyres. The German squad is carrying out two days of testing at the Circuit de Catalunya as it continues to help Pirelli with the development of its compounds for next year. Rosberg took to the track in the W06 mule car, but cool temperatures in the morning and rain in the afternoon meant the day was not as productive as expected, making it hard for the Italian manufacturer to obtain representative data.
