Grosjean left frustrated after pace goes un-rewarded in Japan
Romain Grosjean was left frustrated after missing out on points in the Japanese Grand Prix, finishing eleventh but on the tail of the two Williams drivers. The Haas F1 Team driver struggled early on in the race on the soft tyre but once he switched to the hard tyre he found more pace, and felt that he was faster than both Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas but was unable to get passed either driver to move back into the top ten. “Well, we struggled on the first stint with a green track, and with the soft tyres, we had a lot of graining,” said Grosjean. “But then the car was flying.
