Rosberg cruises to win, Mercedes seals title

– Nico Rosberg cruised to a ninth victory of the season in Sunday afternoon's Japanese Grand Prix, extending his title advantage over Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton, who suffered another poor start.Rosberg converted pole position in a lights-to-flag win, as Red Bull's Max Verstappen fended off a charging Hamilton for the runner-up spot.Rosberg thus moves 33 points clear of Hamilton in the championship standings, with 100 up for grabs over the remaining four flyaway races.Mercedes also sealed the Constructors' crown for a third successive season, after its celebrations were delayed by Red Bull's 1-2 in Malaysia.More to follow.The 18th round of the season takes place in the US from...
