Bitesize tech – Nico ruined Kimi’s chance of catching

Arrivabene has come out after the Malaysian GP stating Kimi had no chance of catching Nico thanks to the damage he sustained during their on track scuff….     The Italian outfit has come out to say that their driver, Kimi Raikkonen, had no chance of catching the championship leader after their on-track collision caused Kimi to lose part of his front wing.   The Mechanics formulated that Kimi had lost about 10 points in terms of downforce, which can make all the difference when you're trying to attack through a tight corner.   'It was impossible to give him more power, due to the impact with Nico, Kimi lost part of the floor and part of the front wing,”  ...
