Palmer joins point-scorer club

Jolyon Palmer (GBR) / Renault F1 Team Jolyon Palmer scored his maiden Formula One point in today’s Malaysia Grand Prix thanks to a clean drive and a one-stop strategy that allowed him to beat Toro Rosso’s Carlos Sainz. The Renault’s driver put his disappointment from yesterday’s qualifying behind him to deliver in emphatic fashion his tenth-placed finish from P19 on the grid. “Point-scorer: It feels good!
