Rosberg thankful to survive first lap clash

– Nico Rosberg feared his race was over after he was tagged by Sebastian Vettel at the start of the Malaysian Grand Prix, before he mounted a recovery to take third.Rosberg challenged Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton at the start but was clipped from behind when Vettel battled with Red Bull's Max Verstappen.Rosberg was spun in the incident and dropped to the back of the pack, but scythed his way through the field to emerge in third, negating a 10-second time drop for clashing with Kimi Räikkönen."First of all at Turn 1, I thought it was all over," he said."So I'm really happy to fight back in such a way all the way to the podium, that's been great."In general I...
