Ricciardo leads Red Bull 1-2 victory as Hamilton blows up

Daniel Ricciardo has won the Malaysian Grand Prix from his Dutch team-mate after Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes blew up on Lap 41.  Story of the race  As the race got underway, there was already drama at the first corner. Vettel and Verstappen collided at the first corner, leaving Rosberg at the tail of the field whilst Vettel’s race came to an end just after the second corner. This resulted in a virtual safety car. Sergio Perez took advantage of the carnage at the start, and the Mexican driver found himself in P3 — however at the restart the Force India driver was quickly swamped by both Verstappen and Raikkonen.
