Sainz Jr. says Renault interest an 'honour'
– Carlos Sainz Jr. has admitted that Renault's interest in acquiring his services is an "honour", though insists his current priority is to make the step up to Red Bull.Sainz Jr. entered Formula 1 with Toro Rosso in 2015, racing alongside Max Verstappen, before the Dutchman was promoted to the senior team earlier this season.Sainz Jr. has since outscored new team-mate Daniil Kvyat, who swapped places with Verstappen, by 22 points over 11 races, and has been linked to rivals as a result."There's been a bit of interest, a bit of contact," said Sainz Jr., when asked about Renault, which is yet to confirm either of its drivers for the 2017 season."For me, at the...
