FIA's WMSC reveals 2017 F1 calendar

The 2017 Formula 1 season will kick off in Australia on March 26, the FIA's World Motor Sport Council confirmed on Wednesday. The opening race of the season will be followed by the Chinese Grand Prix two weeks later, the Shanghai event twinned with Bahrain as a back-to-back. Malaysia and Singapore exchange slots in the calendar, with the Sepang race now taking place ahead of the Marina Bay event on September 17. The rest of the races remain the same and in the same order as in 2016, with Abu Dhabi closing the season on November 26.
