Teams differ on Suzuka tyre sets

While there was comparatively little difference between the teams in the tyre set selections for this weekend's Malaysia Grand Prix, things will be a little different a week later when they arrive in Japan. Despite having the same hard, medium and soft compounds available, the teams' selections sees some of the most noticeable variations we've witnessed all season. Indeed, the leading five teams, Mercedes, Red Bull, Ferrari, Force India and Williams, vary wildly in their choices with the German outfit opting for nine sets of soft and their Austrian rivals just six.
