Michael Schumacher 'cannot walk' says lawyer as court case begins

Michael Schumacher's family has begun legal action against a German publication which last year claimed the seven-time champion could walk again. Schumacher suffered serious head injuries during a skiing accident in December 2013. He spent nine months in hospital before being moved to his home in Switzerland for further treatment. Despite very little in the way of updates, Bunte magazine ran a front-cover exclusive claiming Schumacher could walk with minor assitance and raise an arm.
