Sainz Jr. 'angry' after compromised race
– Carlos Sainz Jr. expressed his anger after his strong qualifying position went to waste with a first-lap collision and subsequent order to pit at the Singapore Grand Prix.Sainz Jr., who started sixth, had to avoid the slow-starting Max Verstappen off the line, but in doing so clash with Nico Hülkenberg, sending the Force India into the pit wall.Sainz Jr. continued but was later shown the black and orange flag for a damage sidepod, forcing him to pit, and he eventually crossed the line a lap down in 14th position."I'm angry, especially after having qualified in P6," he said."The race didn't start well, as I had to avoid Max when the lights went out and, while doing...
