Carey confident he can take F1 to ‘another level’

 XPB Images Formula One Group's new chairman Chase Carey is confident he can take the sport to “another level”, while also saying the series “can not be a dicatorship”. John Malone’s Liberty Media recently agreed to purchase F1 from CVC Capital Partners in a multi-billon deal.
