Rosberg fastest in Singapore FP3 as Hamilton falters Nico Rosberg was fastest for Mercedes, just 0.059s ahead of Red Bull young speedy Max Verstappen, as Mercedes teammate and F1 title leader Lewis Hamilton faltered.
