Red Bull dominates Singapore FP1 as Rosberg crashes

SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX - Free practice results (1) Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo have issued an early warning signal to their rivals as the Red Bull duo demonstrated rapid pace in first free practice for the Singapore Grand Prix, while title contender Nico Rosberg suffered a crash. With Red Bull being tipped as cautious favourites coming into the weekend around the favourable Marina Bay Street Circuit, Verstappen and Ricciardo did little to suggest those predictions were misguided as they put almost half a second between themselves and the opposition.
