Robert Kubica set for Renault Sport Trophy debut at Spa next weekend

Ex-Formula 1 driver Robert Kubica will make his debut in the Renault Sport Trophy next weekend at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Kubica raced in F1 between 2006 and 2010 before an injury sustained in a rally accident ahead of the 2011 season cut short his circuit racing plans. The Pole returned to motorsport in 2013 following rehabilitation, racing in the World Rally Championship sporadically until making his last start in the Monte Carlo Rally earlier this year. Kubica made his return to circuit racing at the 12 Hours of Mugello with Mercedes earlier this year, and will now continue his comeback with an entry to the Renault Sport Trophy next weekend after accepting an invitation from...
