Toro Rosso to continue with back-to-back tests in Singapore

Carlos Sainz says Toro Rosso will again run back-to-back tests of its B-spec package in this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix. The Italian squad ran with both its old-spec and the newer version of its car in the previous grand prix at Monza in order to try to find answers as to why the aero package introduced in Germany is not producing the results it expected. With Monza being a low-downforce track, now Toro Rosso will run a similar test with both its packages this weekend in Singapore.
