Ocon hopes Manor stint aids 2017 chances
– Esteban Ocon is hopeful that his stint with Manor this season will boost his chances of racing with Renault in Formula 1 next year.Mercedes-backed youngster Ocon was loaned out to Renault as a test driver at the start of the season and participated in several practice sessions, with a view to a 2017 seat.Ocon was drafted in by Manor prior to the Belgian Grand Prix, replacing Rio Haryanto, and will complete the remainder of the season in the MRT05, alongside Pascal WehrleinThe Frenchman is optimistic that, when Renault makes its decision regarding its 2017 driver pairing, his current stay with Manor will be of benefit."Of course, I was working towards next season, keeping on...
