Agag: “I know nothing about” F1 takeover

Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag denies being approached to replace Bernie Ecclestone at the helm of Formula One. Agag was rumoured to be taking the lead role in Formula One’s ownership with the expected purchase of the sport by Liberty Media, who plan to take a social media-friendly approach to running the sport. “I know nothing about it and definitely nobody has called me to offer me a job,” Agag exclusively told Formula Spy. “In any case, I want to stay in Formula E and I’m totally, one hundred per cent committed to Formula E.
