Grosjean gets gearbox change penalty

Romain Grosjean will lose five places on the starting grid of the Italian Grand Prix following a gearbox change ahead of qualifying. The Frenchman, whose third practice session ended in a spin that sent him into the gravel just 12 minutes in, has needed to install a new gearbox after FP3. As it was changed before six consecutive races, the Haas driver will be penalised for the change. The penalty is a blow to Grosjean's chances, having looked strong in the first two practice sessions.
