Ferrari heading ‘in the right direction’ following upgrades – Raikkonen

Kimi Raikkonen believes there are things to improve despite Scuderia Ferrari being the best of the rest behind Mercedes during Friday practice at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. The Finn was third fastest in opening practice, and then followed that up by being fourth behind team-mate Sebastian Vettel in second practice, and felt the start of the weekend has gone relatively well. “The morning ran smoothly and the first practice session was pretty good,” revealed Raikkonen. “The second one was a bit messy with the new tires and the yellow flags, but overall it was not too bad and the car was feeling ok. “Obviously there are things to improve, but we started the weekend pretty ok.”...
