Belgian GP: 15-place grid penalty for Hamilton Nico Rosberg set fastest time in the opening practice session of the Belgian Grand Prix on Friday; the German was .730 of a second faster than second-place Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton, who will take a 15-place drop at the Belgian GP as they replaced both the turbo and MGU-H. The championship leader is running a new turbocharger and MGU-H this weekend, bringing his tally up to six for the season for both. The Brit will drop 15-places on the Belgian GP grid.
