Capito leaves Volkswagen

Volkswagen Motorsport boss Jost Capito has confirmed that this weekend's Rallye Deutschland will mark his final event with the company before leaving at the end of the month however, he has given no indication of when he will be joining McLaren. Capito's appointment as Chief Executive Officer at Woking, was announced in January, though the German made it clear he would not depart his current role until a successor was in place. Though that successor has yet to be named, Capito has now confirmed that he will be leaving Volkswagen at the end of this month.
