Bottas admits Williams have been out developed

Much was expected of Williams this season, but results have fallen well short of expectations which team driver Valtteri Bottas attributes to the team losing out in the F1 development battle. Bottas admitted, 'We have not been 100% satisfied with the development in terms of improvements and upgrades for us as a team.'
