Button: The FIA have been more open to our opinions

Jenson Button believes that since Formula 1 drivers united, under the auspices of the Grand Prix Drivers' Association (GPDA), in writing a letter to the sport's authorities earlier this year, they are now being taken more seriously by the FIA. At the start of the season the GPDA released a letter where they released a letter questioning the direction Formula 1 was heading in and expressing concerns regarding fans losing interest in the sport.
