Mid-season report – Evolution, not revolution was the order of the day at Renault heading into the 2016 season.  With their new works’ status, a fresh canary yellow lick of paint, and a new, exciting driver line-up the team had a good shot of making the most of their package. It’s very much a season of consolidation for the French marquee who enjoy their first full works status since the 2010 season.  With a young and talented driver line-up including ex-McLaren man Kevin Magnussen and GP2 champion Jolyon Palmer their intent of investment in the future is evident.
