Arrivabene has no plans to replace James Allison directly

Ferrari team boss, Maurizio Arrivabene has no plans to replace James Allison and has hinted at changing the technical structure instead of hiring a big name. Allison leaving is a huge loss for the Maranello-based team especially with the team have just lost second place to Red Bull in the constructors. The replacement to Allison, Mattia Binotto has very little aerodynamic or chassis experience but Arrivabene reassured that he was the perfect man for the job as the team are moving in a different direction.
