Formula One or Formula E for Lynn in 2017?
Alex Lynn recently said that 2016 would be his final season in junior single-seater racing, which begs the question as to where he will be racing next season. The Briton current races for DAMS in GP2; a team that has struggled to recreate its championship winning pace of recent years. But Lynn has two obvious paths ahead of him: Formula One and Formula E. Lynn is part of Williams’ Young Driver Programme, currently under the role of development driver. While there has been a lot of attention put towards Kimi Raikkonen’s future, little has been said about fellow Formula One veteran Felipe Massa, although it is likely that this will be the Brazilian’s final year in the sport.
