Track limits abuse will result in drive through

– Formula 1 Race Director Charlie Whiting has confirmed that drivers are likely to receive drive through penalties if they repeatedly exceed track limits at the Hungarian Grand Prix.Tweaks to the kerbs made at a resurfaced Hungaroring has resulted in a clampdown, with electronic sensors installed at Turns 4 and 11 to measure whether drivers are gaining an advantage.Whiting has explained to drivers that there will be no tolerance during qualifying and that after three warnings in the race, they will be reported to the Stewards."We will be adopting a "zero tolerance" approach to cars leaving the track at Turns 4 and 11 during qualifying," read a note issued to...
