Leclerc feels he could handle GP3/F1 step

– Ferrari youngster Charles Leclerc says he would feel ready to make the step up from the GP3 Series to Formula 1 for 2017 if such an opportunity came his way.Leclerc, 18, does not yet have the required CV in order to gain a Super License, though would automatically qualify for one should he win the GP3 Series, which he leads after the opening three rounds.Leclerc has tested for both Ferrari and Haas this month and in Hungary participated in his second practice session for the nascent team, clocking the 16th best time."Yeah I think so," he said when asked whether he had the potential to jump straight from GP3 to Formula 1."We will see with the opportunity I get at the...
