FIA clarifies permitted F1 radio messages Formula 1 governing body, the FIA have clarifies the controversial radio messages rules in the wake of championship leader Nico Rosberg's penalty at the British grand Prix. Rosberg was hit with a 10-second time penalty that cost him second place in the race following Mercedes were deemed to have breached the regulations governing banned radio communication.
