Red Bull, McLaren latest to confirm Silverstone test line-ups

Red Bull Racing and McLaren have confirmed their driver line-ups for the two-day Silverstone test. The post-British Grand Prix test takes place from the 12-13 July, with 10 of the 11 teams running at the track. GP2 driver Pierre Gasly will drive Red Bull’s RB12 on both days at Silverstone, after the team ran Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen in the Barcelona test. Meanwhile McLaren has announced that Fernando Alonso will drive the MP4-31 on Tuesday, with reserve driver Stoffel Vandoorne returning to the car on Wednesday.
