Vettel: Ferrari slipped back rather than rivals improving

 XPB Images Sebastian Vettel believes it was a case of Ferrari slipping back during the British Grand Prix weekend rather than the likes of Red Bull improving. Ferrari struggled for raw pace throughout the weekend, with Kimi Raikkonen finishing fifth while Vettel was down in ninth having started outside the top ten due to a gearbox penalty.
