Hamilton elated with fourth British GP triumph

Mercedes AMG Petronas Lewis Hamilton expressed his delight and recognised the "incredible energy" he feels from the British fans as he claimed victory at his home race for the fourth time in his career. Hamilton led away from pole position in wet conditions and controlled proceedings throughout, beating Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg to move to within four points of his rival in the standings. Hamilton's triumph was his fourth at the British Grand Prix, adding to successes in 2008, 2014 and 2015.
