Esteban Gutierrez: “We’ve done a good job as a team”

Esteban Gutierrez felt the wind that affected him during his second run during Q2 denied him the opportunity to get the maximum result as the Mexican was forced to settle for fourteenth on the grid for the British Grand Prix. The Haas F1 Team driver had seen his first run in Q2 at Silverstone compromised by traffic, and although Gutierrez was hampered by the strong wind, he felt that he got the best out of the car in the circumstances and is looking for a good race day on Sunday as he aims to score his first points since returning to Formula 1 at the beginning of 2016. “Q1 was pretty good,” said Gutierrez. “I struggled a little in the beginning with the tires, but then things started...
