Verstappen eyes podium after edging Ricciardo

Red Bull/Getty Images Max Verstappen is hopeful that he can convert his grid position into a podium at the British Grand Prix after he out-qualified Red Bull team-mate Daniel Ricciardo for the first time. Verstappen collected third place on the grid, with Ricciardo in fourth, behind Mercedes pair Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. "I’m not focusing on trying to beat my team mate, the points come from the race so that is the important part for me," he said. "The car has been performing brilliantly all weekend so I’m looking forward to the race.
